Our hotel is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking rooms on the 3st and 5th floors. Please be aware that if smoking or the presence of cigarette butts is detected in the guest rooms, a cleaning fee and compensation for room damage will be charged.

Cancellations are accepted. According to our hotel's terms and conditions, cancellation charges are 20% of the room rate for the day before, 80% on the day of, and 100% for no-show. must be made at the time of dispatch. When sending your luggage, please make sure to include
the following information on the delivery slip: "Reservation Name (Guest's Name)," "Check-in
Date," and "Reservation Number." Send the package to the front desk. Additionally, please
notify the hotel in advance if you are sending luggage.
