How far in advance can I make a reservation for a stay?

There is no set booking period, but we offer special discounts like early bird rates. Please check the hotel’s plan details for more information.

Can I stay in the same room for consecutive nights?

Yes, you can. Please let us know when making your reservation. However, depending on room availability, we may not be able to accommodate your request, so please understand in advance.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

Our hotel is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking rooms on the 1st and 26th floors. Please be aware that if smoking or the presence of cigarette butts is detected in the guest rooms, a cleaning fee and compensation for room damage will be charged.

Can I Check In after midnight?

It is possible. Please contact the hotel in advance with your expected check-in time if you have a reservation.

Can I check in early?

We don’t usually offer early check in, however, it may be possible depending on availabilities. Please contact the hotel for details.

Is it possible to extend the checkout time?

The standard checkout time is 11:00, but an extension until 13:00 is available for an additional fee. Please contact the front desk in advance if you wish to extend your checkout time. Please note that if the extension exceeds the maximum time, a full night's charge will apply.

Does the hotel have a curfew?

The hotel does not have a curfew. Our front desk is available 24 hours.

Can I be placed on a waiting list for cancellations?

We do not accept waiting lists for cancellations. We kindly ask that you check availability by phone or online regularly.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Cancellations are accepted. According to our hotel's terms and conditions, cancellation charges are 20% of the room rate for the day before, 80% on the day of, and 100% for no-show. Please note that cancellation policies may vary depending on the plan. Kindly check the details of your reservation plan.

Does the displayed room rate for bookings include tax and service charges?

Yes, the displayed rate includes both service charges and taxes.

How should I pay for my accommodation?

The accommodation fee should be paid at the front desk during check-in. If someone other than the guest is making the payment, it must be completed before check-in. Please contact the hotel in advance to arrange this.

What types of credit cards can be used for payment?

We accept VISA, JCB, Mastercard, AMEX, UC, DC, NICOS, Diners Club, Discover, and China UnionPay. For other cards, please contact the hotel.

What about accommodation fees if I have young children?

Children under 5 years old can stay free of charge when sharing a bed with an adult. Children aged 6 and above will incur an additional charge.

Is the facility wheelchair accessible? Can I use a wheelchair?

The hotel is not fully barrier-free, but we offer an Accessible Queen Room designed for wheelchair users, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Can you store my luggage before check-in and after check-out?

We can store your luggage at the front desk. Please inform us upon your arrival or departure. We can also store your luggage after check-out, but please pick it up on the same day. Additionally, we can arrange for courier delivery (for a fee).

Is it possible to send luggage to the hotel? Also, is it possible to ship luggage from the hotel?

Yes, it is possible. Please note that we do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments, so payment must be made at the time of dispatch. When sending your luggage, please make sure to include the following information on the delivery slip: "Reservation Name (Guest's Name)," "Check-in Date," and "Reservation Number." Send the package to the front desk. Additionally, please notify the hotel in advance if you are sending luggage.

Is it possible to send luggage overseas from the hotel?

We are unable to ship items overseas. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you have baby cots?

We do not have baby cots available. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Is there parking available?

There is a parking lot located in the basement of our hotel. Please refer to the following for the usage fee and vehicle size.

For hotel guests:
2,000 yen (tax included) per night
Available from 14:00 on the day of check-in to 11:00 on the day of check-out access

For other guests:
Restaurant: Free for up to 2 hours with a minimum spend of 2,000 yen
Spa: Free for up to 2 hours

Standard car: Length 5.5m × Width 2.05m × Height 2.1m or less
High-roof car: Length 5.5m × Width 2.05m × Height 2.8m or less

How long will lost or stored items be kept?

Lost or forgotten items will be kept for up to one month. Items that are not claimed within one month will be disposed of. For cash, securities, and valuables, we handle them according to applicable laws. Additionally, perishable items such as beverages and food will be disposed of on the same day.
