*Check-in time is after 4:30 p.m.
* If you arrive before 4:00 PM, the elevators, all interior lighting, and air conditioning will be
non-operational, and water supply throughout the building will also be shut off.
*Even if you wish to stay for consecutive nights, you will not be able to stay in your room during the
power outage.
Please understand the above before making a reservation.

- How long before do I make a reservation?
- We do not have exact dates. Please ask each hotel for details. You might find better plans by
early booking.
- Can I check in early?
- You can early Check In if the room is available but with additional charge. Please contact each
hotel for details.
- Can I Check In after midnight?
- It is possible. Please inform us your Check In time before your staying.
- Can I extend my check out time?

Check out is until 11am. After 11am, you will be charged depending on your room type and the
length of time you extend, and the latest you can check out is 6pm. Please keep in
mind that extending your check out will depend on room availability.
*You will be charged for an extra night if you stay past 6pm.
- Does the hotel have a curfew?
- We do not have curfew. Front Staff is at the desk for 24 hours.
- Do you have connecting rooms?
- Unfortunately connecting rooms aren’t available.

Yes,in the case of a minor (a person age of over 16 and under age 20)1 person or the group of
minor can stay the hotel with filling out the parental consent form and submit the
sheet to the hotel.
(Every minor guest require to have the parent or guardian agreement)

smoking rooms, please note that you might not always use the rooms.

- You should be charged 20% of the hotel charge on the day before, 80% on the day, and 100%

- Will children be charged?
- For little child lying by the side of parents, the hotel charge is free. For child aged 6 years
old or over, he or she should be charged.
